Hold reasons can be accessed from anywhere in the View Archive by selecting "Holds" in the left hand navigation menu from anywhere in the application. The Holds page displays all the available hold reasons in your archive that have been created by your Compliance Officers or Administrators. The table shows the count of assets on hold for each of the reasons. Clicking into any hold reason will display all the assets currently on hold for that given reason.
Due the sensitive nature of Hold Reasons, once created they cannot be modified and can only be deleted after removing all assets from the given hold reason.
