The Collection Summary Report provides you with a summary of the number of emails journaled to your archive as well as the total size of those emails delivered to you via email at your preferred frequency.
An example report will be similar to this:
To enable or edit the settings of the Collection Summary Report, log into you archive and click the Settings cog in the top header.
Go to the Reports section and click the Manage button.
Find the Collection Summary in the top table labeled reports and click Edit.
From the edit screen, you can enable and disable the report by clicking the toggle. You can also choose the frequency with which you want to receive the report - daily, weekly (default), or monthly.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the edit screen to confirm your changes.
