To view your notifications from any page of Insights, hover over the bell icon in the header. Your notifications will appear in the drop down.
To view and manage all notifications from the notifications page, click "View all notifications" at the bottom of the drop down.
To view and manage only notifications associated with a particular alert, access the Alerts page by clicking Alerts under Utilities in the lefthand navigation bar or hovering over the Notifications bell icon in the header and clicking the Manage Alerts link in the top right corner of the drop down. Then, click the number in the Notification column in the table for that specific alert.
From either the drop down or from the notifications pages, click any notification to view the email on which you have been notified.
Notifications include the alert name, alert type, subject line of offending email, and date stamp.
Currently, Notifications are updated once daily.
If you have unread notifications, the bell icon in the header will show a red bubble indicating the number of unread notifications.
Unread notifications will show the Alert Name in bold with a blue circle next to it. When the Notification has been read, the Alert Name will no longer be bold and the blue circle will disappear.
To mark all Notifications as read, click the link either at the top of the Notifications drop down or the Notifications page.
To mark a notification as unread, you must view that notification from the notifications page. Hover over the Notification and click the "Mark as unread" link that appears to the right.
At this time, there is no option to delete a Notification entirely.
